What was your injector duty cycle on runs 2, 3, or 4 just curious.

It's usually pretty humid and temps outside are in the 88-95 range.

What would be a normal IAT2 temp range of a stock LSA with ambient air temp of 93F?

I would be very interested in using this for my car.
Sounds like you have air in your system and could use a good bleed.

Not sure. I was using my DashLogic. I can tell you my long term fuel trims are -8% to -9% though.

I had my dealer check it on Friday and I even showed them photos of my temp readings that I took with phone on the ride over. They did the checks and informed me everything was working properly and they also said that the tech had another tech ride along with him using a laptop to help diagnose my system. Everything was to GM spec as far as temp range and intercooler pump operations

Now here is the kicker, I now have a much lower IAT2 reading and she settles out about 8 to 12 degree above my IAT reading. :thumb up: So something was obviously not working right or maybe it was air bound as you guys mentioned. My dash logic has just really paid for itself because I would have never known I had an issue and she would have been just pulling power all the time.

Thanks for the help guys.

Awesome!
This is why it's so important for people to be able to datalog, or at least be able to see what's going on with these cars.

I don't think the service reps at the dealers really understand these LSA supercharger coolant systems that much. I had several problems with cooling that were missed by my service reps at the dealer before I got to the point that I was taking care f my own car. It is very difficult to get all of the air out of the system, especially if you don't have an aftermarket reservoir. If you get the supercharger really hot it boils more fluid and you get more air. When an air pocket hits the stock pump it automatically turns off so it won't run dry and get destroyed. Once the pump turns off you just keep driving with no coolant circulation and if there is coolant in the inter cooler it will eventually boil if it is not circulating making the problem worse. I recommend getting a reservoir and checking the level regularly because the air eventually circulates into the reservoir.

I plan to get the D3 reservoir and the Ron Davis heat exchanger is on my to do list also down the road.
