A = 4" wide stripe
B = 1" wide gap
C = 4" wide stripe
D = 5" back from fender

I've made a lot of them!

PlastiDip. No measurements, just kinda played with it until I liked what I saw and I wanted really fat stripes. Stripes are 6.5" wide though, 1" in the middle. I use Meguiars soap/wax and they haven't faded in the months I've had them on.

Chaxne,

Well OP, I have to correct myself as there is an optical illusion involving hash mark measurements. As you'll see in the photos below, the actual decals are 4" wide, but due to the angle at which they are applied, they actually measure anywhere from 5"-6" from left <> right at the very top and bottom! It's hard to explain, but at the top of the fender where you have measurement "A", it is NOT 4" wide, it's closer to 5", yet the decal is physically only 4" wide. In other words, the more raked the hash mark, the wider it it at the top and bottom. If you mask off 4" at the top of the fender and 4" at the bottom you're going to get a funky look. See?
