Thank-you for the UPS My Choice recommendation. I always thought it had a cost. I use the FedEx delivery Manager and love it.

I looks like my package was shipped 1 day after ordering it. And I will be getting it tomorrow. 3 day shipping is pretty nice to see!

Sorry for the late reply... So I installed everything last sunday. Package came very well packaged and the box is great quality build. Once again the customer service is pretty terrible, still never received any email or call back and never got an email saying my item was shipped.

As for the install it went "semi smooth" and what I mean by that is, it was pretty easy to install because I had the tools needed and extra supplies that were required.

When purchasing this item it was described as a drop in and connect type deal. In reality the instructions have you rerouting wires that are in the way from the car, and bending some body parts. Granted it wasnt a huge deal but it would have been nice to know this BEFORE I started the project.

Last gripe I have is the way the box is secured. I am not sure if it is supposed to be bolted down or someother way secured but there has been a few instances already of aggressive driving and I noticed the box tip a little. Also, the carpet is scrunched up from it moving out of its spot near the fender. So I need to figure out a smart way to secure this.

Overall, I'm happy with the build, unhappy with the customer service.

You ordered 8:30 PM friday night. That probably got built mon and ship tues. ups 1ZTT22160367099765 Guys,we are not sitting on our hands like you make it sound. We are shipping box orders like the next day and harness orders same day. Same as always and nothing has changed in that regard.

Every order that ships out we enter the email adderss in so it should email tracking to that email unless there may be a type-o or it goes into your spam file. But please also be aware of the day and time you are placing orders--because I doubt too many of you are hanging around your work at 8pm friday night either. Ups has already come and gone well before then anyhow. In other words, ordering on a friday night, or sat or sun is not much different than ordering on monday. A little patience and understanding goes a long way, plus I work two jobs now so I don't have the extra time that I used to.

My speaker adapters shipped right away when I ordered them in like February. Very happy with the service. Been trying to convince myself to buy the stealth sub package...Just been too cheap to do it.

I received my products about 2 days after ordering (very quick delivery).

Very well packaged as well. However, it turned out the speaker adapters didn't fit my Camaro :(.

But on the upside I emailed a request to return and heard back within 24 hours (very nice!).

The stealth sub package upgrade with the amp etc will be my last upgrade for a while (so I told the wife anyway) but as you said just don't have the extra funds right now. Might have to be a Christmas present.
