yep agree^ have 8mm tear physical therapy worked it out.. Surgeon was top notch, wanted to wait and work it out. We did recovered all is well.. I've got same movement etc... happy I didn't

I had Both of mine done about 15 years ago.

I had no problems since. Just be careful what you do with them for a while.
You will be able to sleep without waking up in pain.

Just do it.
