Ahhhhh shooooot. No guts....no glory. I'm a little above that now. 2000+ miles and counting. I don't beat on it all the time. Good tune and a little restraint should last a while....I'd be more worried about the rest of the drivetrain instead of the pistons. The good news is that it's hard to put a full load on the motor because of traction issues.
