My RJT has absolutely no swirls or scratches. I wash it myself and dry by hand.

CGM..none. Just wash in straight up and down or side to side motions. No circles. Make sure it's dust free first...you know the drill. Swirl marks are what you make them.

Watch the Junkman using it with his vette. There actually called a foam gun they are awesome they help lift dirt from the paint.
