As for shifters, I personally have the Barton, and love it, but it can be a bit noisy.

I have heard that the MGW and TWM complete units are quieter, and a bit smoother

So I'm still leaning to the Barton, when you say it's a little "noisy", what do you mean by that, the shifts themselves, or general vibration/rattle/buzzing while cruising?

It rattles at certain RPMs... A lot.

I'm swapping my MTI shifter for a full replacement MGW. Just search in the below section for shifter info and you'll find all the info you need.
