Thanks for that link Tom and to the rest of you guys who helped me out, I was too upset to post pics but I will try to do it either today or tomorrow. Still a bit sore about the whole subject so when I settle down I'll put it up. No more curb parking for Maximus Jr. lol!

Give wheeltechnologies.com a try. They are very very good. Turn around time is 24-48 hours so you could ship it and have it back the same week.

I have totally avoided curb parking for that very reason...I can't tell how close I am on the right side of my car to the curb and I have the 20" polished aluminums too and I'm terrified of scratching them...

I hope you can get yours buffed out or whatever and they look "good as new"...

Sorry for your pain and suffering :(...when anyone on this forum hurts, I hurt too for them...that's just the way I am...

I did and money well spent in my opinion. Personal taste I guess. You can get them repaired for about 125.00 or so.

whoops. I didnt put the "www" in front of it. Try www.wheeltechnologies.com . And if you use them, the wheel wont look good as new, it will be good as new because they will weld up any deep scratches, re machine it then polish it.

He meant upgrade to the 21s after already ordering the polished rims.

That's a gorgeous car, too!

Get insurance on the tires, then sabotage em. Embed a nail in the tire on the scratched rim, drive until it flat and wrecks the rim and the rims insurance kicks in.

I wish they had an 18" or 19" option.

In fact, I will definitely look into going with 18"/19" wheels if I buy one. Gets me 1/2" to 1" lower and lighter unsprung mass. Put that with a 1-2" lower spring, and some sway bars . . . well, I'll at least discuss with Pedders to see if they have any thoughts on it.

20s are too tall and the 21s? Come on! It's certainly not for performance, or for a sport look . . .

rims

I feel your pain, I have been there and here is where I went and they did a great job. Give them a call, you can mail them or take them in. They will micro machine the wheels and make sure they are balanced.
