To answer some questions above - Yes the cowl lines can be fixed before shipping.

The only fitment issue I have is the front bumper is slightly above the hood. I should be an easy adjustment just haven't had time to do it yet as I am handling something else first, I believe it is because the Rad support I bought with it raises up the hood.
Nice shot. I like your car.

You had the cowl lines adjusted, huh? How much did that cost to do so?

Also, what is rad support? I'm assuming ram air to make it functional?

You can just get the big mouth port to install on a regular zl1 bumper and save some money too

I think I'd rather just get the one from ACS without the ports because I prefer the smooth look versus the raised look of the ports/inserts.

Thank you sir.

Cowl line fix was $70

The Rad support is the Radiator support, since the ACS Big mouth mail-slot is functional, it just directs the water coming into the slot away. It is not requried by any means.

The acs bumper is just a zl1 with their ports, it won't be flush... the link you posted isn't the acs bumper. That was the autosource bumper and his cracked too.

Josh is right. Whether you order through Gen5diy or ACS directly. They both use a stock ZL1 bumper and make the modifications (Mail slot, ports, lights, and an SS adaption kit)

Mine is holding up well! No cracking yet. The ports are solid for sure. Bumper is OEM. I have an issue with the lights because I think i have the wrong harness, but I am going to fix that later.

After I wash her I will post close up pics of the vents so you can see.
