Yet, Kyle Busch can get cited for going 128 in a 45 and not have to do any jail time

I got busted going considerably faster than that.... The needle was buried in my WRX, so it was over 145. Officer on an approach between trees.
LIDAR had me at 155+ is all he'd tell me. 21 days of jail, and $1400 fines, plus court fees. Only ended up paying court fees, as the judge was INSANELY kind to me. No same or similar for 2 years and I didn't have to serve. Also lost my license for 2 months, but it was the worst part - couldn't make it home during Thanksgiving, nor Christmas. I thanked him, shook his hand, and sold my WRX that week and bought an Aveo. lol
