If lowering it only an inch were a problem, then why is GM selling the Z/28 struts for the SS? From those that have them installed, they are saying the car is lowered about an inch.

I have this one Motul 300 LS 75w90.

I am lowered about an inch. However my passenger boot ripped when I installed the Pfadt rear arms. I then replaced them with BMR arms and even though the grease leaked out like 50000 miles ago the axle is still going strong. I honestly think it is the weak rear arms not allowing the rear axles to be stable under hard acceleration and deceleration. My rear is good. Change your rear arms bro stabilize the rear end.

My leak issue was just a defective axle. I had not even made it to the alignment shop before I saw grease all over the inside of the wheel. Trust me, there was not even moderate acceleration until the car was aligned.

Thanks everyone for the input. Glad my dealer has step up. Think they should have anyways. Hell 9 cars in 12 years i would say i'm a valuable customer.

I hope this Axle change takes care of the problem. Last thing i want is one of these thing breaking when i'm on Track.

I'm update post once i put some mile on the new one getting installed next week.
