It is a 3.48" pulley, the stock is around 3.8". The pulley is about $80, new belt is around $20-$30. The Vortech pulley does require modification since they have a built in offset while the IPF system does not need one.

I had one of the early IPF kits, made 414 on initial install, up to about 430 after all was done. With any FI, the cats will eventually fail, so most run without them. I put close to 30k hard daily and track miles on my car with no issues, new owner picked it up and drove 16 hours straight to get it home with no issues. Great setup

Don't know the exact number from the swap since it wasn't tuned for it, but maybe 30-40 HP. I gained about 3-4 MPH from it, but the kick it gives at peak torque is huge. I put the stock pulley back on the car a few weeks ago because I thought the belt was slipping but I couldn't stand the loss of power.

I really don't put much stock in dyno numbers either, with the right gearing a car that has a 60 HP disadvantage can still win in a quarter mile. Seen it happen.

I have an RX system and it's been great. I was a daily driver but now that it lowered not so much.

Rabidsquirel 22 ;

I believe the Cat. converter is what makes the smell, because of the chemical change going on when the exhaust passes thru them, even more so if they get partly pulgged.

we also offer filter socks (or some call them pre-filters) and they repel water very well
