Actually that's a lot more than I paid. I had an old stock set of rims for my Grand Prix that I wanted to use for my winter tires so I got them powder coated black. I paid $20 a rim to get them sandblasted and another $40 a rim for the powder coating, total cost was $240 taxes in.
