Mine does a bit. I took it to the dealer and they said couldnt tell cause mine shakes when going over bumps. They said that they couldnt hear the sunroof rattle over the aftermarket exhaust sound. They did grease the track and that help for a couple of days, but i havent had any problems with it, so if a problem arises ill deal with it then.

You might want to go get it checked out. The dealership might shoo you away but see if maybe something has come lose and they can fix it really quick.
