Oh course, they do not warranty the modified parts.
I would almost bet this car has been tuned. And with that...no more GM warranty.

Since the car is modded it should be below market value. I guarantee you that is what they told the guy that traded it in. Even if you have custom wheels on a car that you trade in they take off for not being stock.

Yes, a tune is probably going to void any driveline (powertrain)repairs but your A/C, electronics and other parts not connected to the tune would still be covered.

Looking at the photo's of the engine, there seem to be quite a few nice mods on the car (catch can, heat exchanger reservoir, CAI, Pulley change and Exhaust) Did you start the car? Does it have a cam lope at idle?

it is worth less because the computer mod gives any dealer a reason to void any warranty problems.
