Not to resurrects this, but I ordered two day ago and only got PayPal confirmation.
I called up, and the rep I spoke to said you would only get the PayPal email, and they usually have one batch go out a week. So as someone stated earlier "it just appears". |

Just to bring you up to speed on my situation. I ordered mine and it wasn't shipped for a week! Luckily they are in North Jersey, and I was able to work with Ahmed to pick it up.
Bittersweet moment, I'm happy I was able to get it the day I needed it; however I paid for shipping that wasn't actually shipped. |

My Vitesse TC came in about a week or so.
I think Ahmed only ships on Fridays, but I know for certain he only ships once per week. Ahmed will email you a tracking number if you call and ask or email them.
