Don't rule out the key fob. My moms Ford Fusion randomly rolls the windows down, opens the sun roof, and unlocks the doors. This was happening while parked with the ignition off, as well as happening while driving. After several trips to the dealership, the conclusion was that it was a faulty key fob. After the key fob was replaced, the behavior stopped.

Well guys there has been no splicing or any wire modification done to either the doors or radio...the car has never been in any form of accident as I'm the first and only owner of her...as for a wire rubbing I'm not sure if that's the case because the wires are still tucked neatly in the wire loom through the door...Idk if key fob could be it but I never switched out so I still have the switchboard keys...the car has had a little rain but being that both doors do it at the same time I think it might be a relay...hard part is trying to get it to repeat the event as it randomly does it under different loads of breaking and I don't feel like just going out slamming my breaks and destroying breaks and rotors lol

Start with the easy stuff. Leave your current fob at home. Switch to the other one. See if it happens. Rap your knuckles near your switches (or on them) as you drive. See if it happens. Open your door and jiggle the wire loom where it enters the body. You should be able to figure it out.

In the effort to try to pinpoint the problem, I'll suggest trying to determine if this happens at exactly the moment that ABS kicks in. Your post hints that this seems to (almost) only happens under hard braking. If it does happen to be just at the moment that ABS is waking up to perform its magic, then you have a narrower mystery to solve. You could test this on pavement, or better, on a slippery surface (dirt, ice, wet grass, whatever). Maybe its related to an electronic trigger, as opposed to a G- force catalyst.
