For chiltons and Haynes manual recommend going to west coast Camaro's website and going under their literature section they have the official GM tech manual for Camaros shows you how to do everything from changing your tire to cam swaps, its an extremely through tech manual easy to navigate but pricey, being an average mechanic myself its a big help when your anal about torque specs and all the little ins and outs to doing work yourself.

I would rule out the battery, I mentioned that it does not start; looking back I meant to say that it will start up furiously with a loud roar but it dies almost like it only had one drop of fuel allowing it to crank. If I start it with my foot on the gas it will start up a little louder but still die. It does not sputter or struggle to stay running. It’s almost like as soon as I start it “I turn the ignition off”

right ^, so if it cranks it doesn't run, CPS (camshaft position sensor) will cause this but also if the battery isn't fully charged you wont get spark or a weak spark, hesistation and bucking these cause those symptoms the most.

yes half way through reading replies I realized I misspoke when I said it didn't "crank", Sorry about that. I will replace the two fuses keachj06 said I should pull. would everyone agree that I could rule out the fuel pump being the issue? is it possible for a fuel pump to be "going out". I have fuel pressure when trying to start it...does that mean the fuel pump is guaranteed good?

Comrando and Keachj06 hey I meant to tell you thanks for trying to help me out with my car, It finally started and now runs. I don't know what the problem was but I did not do any thing except remove the ECM fuses but it didn't run after that. I noticed one day the MAF sensor was unplugged, I plugged it in and it started up. didn't try to start it before plugging it in. I waited a few days and unplugged the sensor but the car started and ran anyways, but that was the only two things I did. Thanks for your help

Over the winter, when it was -5 the car wouldn't start, the starter would crank, but it wouldn't start. Good luck with your car, keep us posted on your fix.
Did you ever get your car running good? My car will not even run anymore. I will start but not run. I put some B-12 in the tank and it ran good for two days, well it idled in the driveway for about 30 for two days. Now it will not run it will crank but not run. If I start the car with my foot on the gas it will crank at high rpms but it will not run, it just dies sounding like its not getting any fuel

YES I did! I have a Mace Maniflod spacer and the directions say use the original gasket on one side and RTV on the other. Two years later, the RTV was leaking air. I bought another OEM gasket, one for each side, now it runs perfect. Sorry to hear about your car.

How long has the gas been in your tank? At this point it could be bad gas.

Hold down the gas pedal and try to start the engine. My Grand Prix would do this and the MAF sensor was bad.

At this point, I would be taking it to the dealer. I'm surprised that you have not tossed a CEL yet.
