Just tossing this out there -- but has anyone had a positive experience from a dealer? Mine was fine (mostly) during the purchase process, but after that, not so much.

I bought my car back in December. The weather was kind of nasty on the day I bought it. One week and 50 miles later, I noticed a chip on the front fascia. I went back to the dealer, and even though I couldn't prove it was there when I bought it, they offered to repaint the entire front end.

I declined the offer, but did let them touch it up. It wasn't a huge chip, and I figured there will be more anyway. Still, it was nice that they made the offer.

Since then, they reset my TPMS for free, even though I bought my new wheels and tires online. They also changed my oil and did a nice job.

If you can, try to get a friend or relative to go with you who is somewhat car savvy to take good notes and not getting personally involved. As much as it can seem personal, keep it factual and detailed. In the long run, if you are still not satisfied you might want to try using a different dealerships service center. Good luck and hang in there.
A sad day when we have to do all this just to get a solution. I have only been to 2 Chevy dealerships, one had trash quality service, the 2nd was great. Obvious choice should I have any issues prior to warranty's end. Definitely keep in touch with GM, but by all means try another dealership.
