295 is how wide the tire is 25 is how tall the side wall is. The lower the number the less sidewall 22 is the diameter of the wheel The goal is to keep the same overall height (wheel and tire) with aftermarket rims. Which is why 22 diameter wheels run a smaller side wall so they do not rub. |
