If this is for a 14-15 RS, you would use our new miniSL (2 port) or SL-V2 (4 port) and a master. We offer power harnesses and cables as well so we can create a plug and play kit.

All of our new modules, as well as our V2 halo kit no longer require a switch. They go into a deep sleep when the master is unplugged. They wake up when the master is plugged in or if the module's input is hooked to ignition, and the car is turned on. That lets you choose default colors for when your car is running and the master is unplugged. It might sound confusing, but this is really simple, and gets rid of the switch.

I used a night owl mini sl with oracle color shift halos on my '14. Like mentioned above baking the headlights is a pain but everything else is a breeze. i love that it still functions as stock. I don't have to do anything but start the car and my halos come on as white. I can plug in the master module and take control when I want.
