Completely agree with everyone else. They have quality products but customer service is nonexistent. I've tried to call them and email them for a few different situations and have never received a response

Well, I guess I am lucky I did not need to talk to them. I ordered the dual 12" box, FARK harness, and rear speaker adapter mounts, had the stuff within a week. Ordered the front speaker adapter mounts, same deal, within a week. Lucky me!

Steve isn't allowed on here because the more people recommended his products the more praise he got, since he was no longer paying to advertise on here mods banned all mentions of "sub thump" because they were making no money off of him as he was making money off our site. He's usually a nice guy, never had a problem with him.

Well, I KNOW he has 3 email messages and 2 phone calls from me. Even if he is busy, it is good customer service to at least acknowledge that you received emails/vm. I have given them a week and I have heard nothing. How am I suppose to do business with them when I can't contact them? Just order on line without getting any answers? That's just dumb. And the problem is....I WANT to order more items from them.

I always order online without calling anyone? I too have ordered from Sub Thump and had no problems whatsoever. Quality product.

"I always order online without calling anyone? I too have ordered from Sub Thump and had no problems whatsoever. Quality product."

But if you had a question about the products and they don't return your emails/calls, would you buy anyway? That's my point about their customer service. I have a question, otherwise I would order the product and all this would be mute. My personal experience, by them not returning my emails/calls to answer the question I asked, is poor customer service. And, yes, I have ordered from them, and, yes, they DO have quality products. And I am not the ONLY one experiencing the poor customer service.

No, you are not alone. Just order the product, wait for delivery, and you will be happy. The man is not supplying any other service than that.

NZZL1: I don't have the money to throw away and "just order the product" if I don't know it will work/fit. If it doesn't, I am screwed because they don't return emails/calls. That's why I emailed/called FIRST. If they won't answer prior, what makes you think they will after???? You know what they say about assuming, don't you?

I had the same issue a couple of years ago...they are very busy as I think the owner also has a full time job doing something else.. it took me several attempts to contact them as well I just kept trying.. I bought the amp board and fark harness couldnt be happier... absolutely the cleanest way to install without paying an installer big bucks.. just my 02 cents

BkinBlk: Fair call. If you don't mind sharing, what are your questions about "I don't know it will work/fit"?

If you can't find the answer from the supplier's website information, hopefully your questions are not that difficult that someone in this community can assist you.

I just ordered a dual vinyl box from Steve had it to me within a week packaged correctly. Few of the tabs broke off from taking the vinyl sections in and out emailed Steve and he got back to me within a day regarding the issue. Sorry ur not getting that "great customer service" hopefully he can make it right.

NZZL1: That was a hypothetical question to make my point. My issue is concerning prices. Shipping and handling to be exact. I appreciate the forum being here, and there is a HUGE wealth of knowledge, but is something the forum members would not be able to answer for me. I work in a customer service oriented business and if I didn't return calls, I lose customers. Again, I am only "bashing" their customer service. Not their products, not their business and certainly not the individuals. From the posts above, it seems that their customer service is great once they have your money.

BkinBlk: If it helps, my Apr-14 order shipping cost was as follows.

United Parcel Service (1 x 59.22lbs) (Ground): $38.68

I think it is good value in moving a 10" sub enclosure, amp rack, 4 speaker adapters, and 2 harnesses from Sub thump's location in Indiana to my forwarder's location in Florida. As you would expect, then forwarding of this shipment to New Zealand cost a couple of USD100s again, but it is still worthwhile as having a custom system built locally would cost even more.

$19 Amp Mount Board, 1 pound (per UPS) $14.95 to ship. And all I was trying to find out, (because I had ordered the FARK, LESS than 1 pound, $14.10 to ship), was if they would give me a break to ship the Amp Mount Board. Silence from them. I still ordered it, but even had they contacted me and said there was nothing they could do, I would have accepted that. But not to contact a potential customer (second purchase) IS very poor customer service.
