That is good to hear. Most of the other parts are relatively easy to replace.

Dang! All in all, I'd say the car held up pretty well! You definitely won that battle.

Just a quick update. ZL is still under the knife damage is not bad at all. Should be ready tomorrow or Friday.
  They ordered a new windshield washer fluid tank.  The good news is the work is done by one mechanic in a separate building and he only does Corvettes, BMW, Z-28 and ZL-1. So far can't complain. Let's say after seeing new Corvette wrecked I don't feel bad about mine.
