As far as i know its street legal, i bought them powdercoated and the company is T-REX billet. I think i paid $535 for both upper and lower grilles.

I like the lower one.. but don't like the upper one going across the lights looks odd.

You dont, it bolts on over the existing grille and uses it for support.
