Is installing the front bumper splitter (22894223) doable without having to take the front bumper off?

Just make sure you keep the sensor clean. It had been a while since I cleaned the sensor so it didn’t alert me to the curb. I had a feeling I was pretty close to the curb so I didn’t scrape the bumper, but it peeled the sensor from the adhesive. I got it back on ezpz. Now I just have to recalibrate it.

You do have to be careful with these. I go extra SLOW for turn in ramps etc. I don't care if someone is annoyed behind me; Its my car and I'll do whatever it takes to take care of it. The car is slung low in the front and the lip extends so its inevitable that you may get at least a scraping or two.

Gm direct wants about $103.00, but shipping is around $120. for me and that's CRAZY!! Good luck

All the parts houses do this now. 10 yrs. ago you could save big but now it's a way to make the parts price more appealing. Honda parts house 30 miles from me went from $5 shipping to $20 shipping in less than one year.
