Not on a ZL1 it's not, especially at stock HP

To the OP... get some Drag radials. Plenty of threads so show sizes etc.

I do a decent burnout then roll out the hole but it costs me at least a 1second with getting into it after a slight roll

Same here. PTM5 for me and high 1.7 sixties. Huge burnout with everything off and then PTM5 to launch.

I tried without TCS on at all and blew away the tires. With PTM5 it shifted 1-2 around 5k rpm and then ~6k rpm for the rest of the shifts. 11.91 at 114mph bone stock in fairly high DA.

I'm getting a set of 20 inch Toyo 888s for next year. (I want better traction but still have great handling)

Cheers,
Chris

How much better is PTM5? Ive always just turn everything off. Looking for my first 11s pass next week. Went to the track a few weeks ago and pulled a 1.7xx 60' and 12.1 on Mickeys. Launching around 1500-2K rpm before the car starts lurching forward. Should I just launch from a dead idle? Need help to get in the 11s where I know I should be
