This thread just kind of died. Any progres on this?
I'm pretty sure with this coilover kit, you can easily fit a 12 inch long spring for more stored energy. They send a urethane coil spring spacer with the kit to fit the shorter 9" 250# spring. If you jack up the front of the car you will see a full 3 inches of slop between the top of the spring and the upper spring seat with the ride height adjuster all the way at the bottom. You'll probably have to weigh the car to get the proper rate, but I'm guessing a 12" spring around 200 ish would be a good starting point. Thoughts? |

myself and one of my best friends are both running Strange coil overs with 175 pound spring rates in the front and 500 in the back. dry weight of my car is 3550 pounds
