After reading these I have to go to west texas in a few weeks so now I am going to drive mine. I have been wanting to but was trying to keep the miles off of my car so the heck with it. I enjoy driving it here local in my area but it is time to take a road trip!

It is still a new car, should be fun. People drive there old clapped out rat rods on the Power Tour, so I think you will have fun in your ZL1.

If you're trying to make an investment, there are many more reliable and profitable ways to do so than a car. Drive it. Enjoy it. That's what it's for. Nothing sadder than a warehouse full of awesome cars that aren't driven. Same goes for a garage.

Seriously do not understand that.

I have always said that I do not want to own a car that I don't feel like I can put miles on and drive. If you find yourself in a situation where you don't feel like you can drive it because the mileage you either cannot afford the car or you are saving it for the next owner which is silly.
Drive it and enjoy it. That's what you bought it for.

Impressions of my 11k mile road trip

This trip was definitely worth the money and the time. Was also very adventurous from time to time. No one wants to drive in the snow and in the mountains with high performance summer tires. I drove thru all 4 seasons in 5 weeks. Spend around 3k on gas and 7k on hotels and other stuff. I hope that one day I can do it again. If you have never done a big road trip you should definitely go for it. So much fun and there are so much roads where you really can haul a**.
