Thanks, again, stovt001: Audi R8 has 44F/56R and is regarded as one of the best balanced track cars out there. I'm certain I won't be able to get there, but 54/46 with 100 h.p. more should do the trick. I don't know if it will have to be a DD. I'm still looking at the different racing organizations and classes within--NASA American Iron? I don't have Paul Newman's $, but I do have the need for speed! C-ya, Greg

Hi, stovt001! Until Saleen does something more than "Bold new graphics," or taped on ground effects, I barely give them a once-over in the magazines. Plus, the M-tang is still a solid, live axle--not good for high-horsepower, high-speed road courses. Carriage House American Iron SS looks interesting--still looking for what they did to address understeer.
