Weird thing is the previous owner did all of these mods but left the stock mufflers on it.

We always used to upgrade our stereos and put our old ones in the wholesale cars. It's cool when the GM is in on it too.
I fired a few people for not asking first, though.

He probably left the stock mufflers on to give the appearance of being stock to surprise people if they lined up with him.

Don't knock the stock muff's ,they are a bit quiet but work as well as an aftermarket cat back.

Or to avoid attention from cops.

Yup. I'm still on the stock catback. It flows great, and sounds really nice with catless longtubes. And best of all NO DRONE. It's no louder than the stock setup on the highway, but when you get on it really makes some noise.

I worked for GM/Chevrolet for 15+ years as a technician. If you do it right you can get anything.

I wish we saw Camaros at our dealership. It's a rare event out here in the sticks. Just had an SS from New Jersey in for an oil change- last Camaro before that was an LS about three months ago. :(
All our trade-in's are work trucks. Best find you'll ever get is a half roll of duct tape.
