Yea, I've moved my show from July to September due to extreme heat during the month of July. LSx Fest was on my weekend after the fact 3yrs ago so I moved it the weekend of the 12th and sure enough, they moved it to my weekend again. I can't move it again and probably will make this the last time I even do a show as this is the 6th year for it. I'm tired, weary and now that I retired from the department after 34yrs, I want to enjoy things of life more.

Enjoy Bowling Green, KY and again, check out on Facebook
and on our website

JPSS Jersey Package

It started when Fred handed over his keys...

We met online. Camaro5.com. We chatted online. Then by phone. The more we talked, it was clear Fred deserved something special. We blended a great driving cam with headers, high flow cats and exhaust. The result was so good we decided to create a JPSS package named Jersey.

The new BlackHeart Headers are great, but they do not offer a catted option. New Jersey requires cats so we had to get creative. The ARH catted mid-pipes flow great and come close to mating with the ultra-high flow, low back pressure ear splitting Borla Atak. With a few hours of custom fabrication the Hooker- ARH-Borla custom exhaust fit perfectly. Thermal management is always top of mind so we hand wrap headers with DEI Titanium wrap and secure it with safety wire. It takes hours, but the lower under hood temperatures are worth it. We take the time to remove the sound insulation that covers the plenum and holds heat in. Attention to detail is our hallmark.

Your OE valve springs are replaced with higher rate dual springs from COMP. The OE rockers and pushrods are good to go. The cam requires a three bolt sprocket and we use a GM LS7 upper large sprocket. Fresh Prestone DexCool replaces coolant lost during the cam change. A Mobil 1 oil change with a NAPA Gold filter is standard operating procedure.

Your Camaro will be tuned in Concord NC on a NASCAR dyno at a NASCAR Engine Shop, a two hour drive. We drive from Martinsville, VA to Concord, NC as part of the build validation process. After tuning is complete, we drive back. We use this time to road test drivability, check for leaks, data log and verify there are no Check Engine Lights. Your JPSS Jersey Package Camaro it is ROAD TESTED, good to go on delivery.

Your JPSS Jersey setup sounds viscous, loud and nasty. Hit the play button on the videos. There is no drone with the cruise control engaged. This setup is not subtle. Jersey doesn’t do subtle. Hit the accelerator and your LS3 Camaro screams. On the dyno the all-day everyday day numbers we achieved on a 95 degree day are 440 RWHP and 409 RWTQ with a conservative safe pump gas tune. It pulls down low and pulls through 6500 RPMs. Some would say we left power on the table. We could lean it out. We could add timing. We say we delivered all-day, every day consistent reliable power. The JPSS Jersey Package is a Driver’s Dream.

Heading down to Hoosier Street to get a dyno tune and see where I'm at as far as a baseline before any cam install. I'll discuss my options concerning cams with them or just see about their supercharger options.

Keeping the VVT is an advantage but honestly, the afm lifters are problematic and don't have a good track record even on the stock cams I. The car and truck engines.

Our VVT cam kits installed and tuned are about 3400 plus tax, 4500 is steep for a cam install
