I had issue where the right rear was not reconized then few miles later lite went off and like not happened i keep my tires 37lbs all for corners

If you get a bit of moisture from condensation it can affect the sensor.

The horn will honk twice and now its doing the relearn it takes about 1.5 minutes.

Without a relearn tool, or in 2010 and possibly 2011 cars, without letting air out of the tires, pressing relearn will do absolutely nothing.

Definitely sounds like your TPMS needs to be re-learned. I have the same issue on my new 2015, but I dont feel like spending the $100 for the re-learn tool....since I wont ever rotate the tires again.
