is this tension of the chain ok, we removed the valve cover to look inside, But I think this chain is too loose or not?

You would be getting a P0008 if the chains were loose enough for the actuators not to be able to compensate.

Try a mechanics stethoscope on the bottom end of the engine.

I went through bearing failure leading to motor failure though mine sounded a little different it did act the same under load with a similar noise to yours.
