I just bought it on Saturday. As you can see in the pic, the guy who bought my ZL1 hasn't even come to pick it up yet!

what's with the "LOL" ? I need one. I have my race wheels in my car in plastic bags right now and I can't fit anyone but they are in with all my gear too...try that in a corvette. My z06 buddy has a little trailer for his race rubber using this...smart mod!

Thanks man. I know you--and most everyone here--gets it, and I appreciate everyone chiming in. This is what makes me come back to this forum multiple times a day.

Well when your ready to mod, pm me, I can hook you up with a guy that can make your Z/28 scream more than it does now. Plus the guy that helps him is very familiar with the Z/28 because he is on the Blackdog Speed Shop race team that races the Z/28.

Is it possible for you to show any pics from under the car to show how exactly it attached to the car? I have considered this for my 1LE as well but I have not seen any good pics of where it mounts under the car. Also for the wiring do they provide plug and play harnesses that you plug into the tail light harnesses or do you have to splice into wiring to wire it up?

Thanks.

I have the same hitch, but don't have pics of it from under the car - these pictures of the installation instructions should help.

Also below is a picture of the wiring harness setup I purchased via etrailer - they identify the right kit for your car and have videos that should help with the installation (it's not as easy as plug and play, since some splicing is needed, but they provide all of the tools needed to do it, including easy splicing clips, or whatever they're called).
