I can't answer that on the other car, but here's my quick vid with Doug Thorley shorties and Roto-Fab CAI. My camera isn't the greatest at vids.........should have moved it back a little maybe to reduce some of the feedback.

This system has a great sound. As previously mentioned, it's almost stock sounding cruising at 60+, but it sounds great rowing through the gears.......just the sound I was looking for.

The tips are about the same as stock as far as sticking out. Yeah I didnt want them to stick out either. I think Flowmaster did a great job with this setup.

Its the whole Xpipe catback system just as pictured in this pic from flowmaster

I prefer the sound of a stainless system versus an aluminized system. Aluminized just has a tin sound to it .... maybe it's just my ears, but I can always tell.

So far I'm impressed. It was just the sound I was looking for. I have the the deep rumble, the burbling sound, and the quite ride at cruising highway speeds. It was really worth the couple month wait for Flowmaster to come up with something.

I'm looking at getting the Flowmaster system when my car comes in (being built today). What did the shops charge you guys for the install? Did they install the shorties also?

The shop I went to had them installed in less than an hour and charged me 90 for labor. The kit itself cost 750.

Not sure how much it will add. I did a Dyno Run prior to the exhaust at about 1200 miles. As soon as I get another done I'll post.

Anybody have a video of it in the car going down the road? Idle/rev is good, but I want to hear it in action. I bet it would really wake up with a set of longtube headers. I run dumped one chamber flows of both of my Camaros so I like an agressive sound.
