In my state when it is a divided road only the traffic on the bus's side of the median is required to stop by law. It must be the same in his state but people stop anyway, hence his rant.

People who can't wait an extra 5 seconds for you to pass so they jump out in front of you and then proceed to not even do the posted speed limit...

Or those who are way too busy checking their phones at an intersection to realize that the light has been green for 10-15 seconds or more. I get it that Your BFF just posted a hilarious cat video but it can wait...

And anyone in a Prius. I don't even care if they do 20 above the speed limit I cannot stand those cars or their drivers.

And ricers. And high school kids trying to show off. And BMW drivers because apparently they rule the road...

And anyone that can't freaking stop at a stop sign or for a right turn on red.

When you get to a 4 way intersection and they don't know who has the right of way.

Then they raise their eyebrows and open their eyes real wide while mouthing "Uhh GO!" when they were the ones who had the right of way and clearly bought their license in cash instead of attending driver's ed or taking the course.

Asshats who drive 15mph through a 7:00AM-6:00PM school zone at 6:55AM. I 've passed someone for doing that. And it was also July. Buy an F-ING clock and a calendar for Christ sake!

Not on a divided road in Georgia. When there is a median only direction of traffic has to stop.

Then they slow down a quarter mile ahead so they can make a left turn and make you stop behind them.
