We have a very extensive list of changes we make to in-house L-99 transmissions

I lock them at 89 mph...after the 1/8th.

ADM = "SPEED RIPS"

There is no question what so ever that this ADM RACE AIR SCOOP works.

How did we get from the ADM RACE AIR SCOOP to hung up on converter stuff? There is a lot to be gained with TRANS tuning. Andy has done stome extensive testing on the trans tuning and many adjustments or rather THEORIES have been confirmed with Adam beating the hell out of his baby at the track. But all this is for another thread elsewhere.

Lets try to stick to the ADM RACE AIR SCOOP! Remember SPEED RIPS!

I've been wondering about this. Do you know what the parameters are for lockup when not at WOT?

the tables are based off of gear, throttle and speed you can set them to whatever you like when tuning, cars with a large cam i leave the tcc off till almost hwy speeds otherwise your just lugging the engine out of its power band

LOL! No doubt. EVIL has had her share of passes down the track that's for sure!

The ADM Race Scoop still ranks as one of the best mods too. I have the realtime feedback of my IAT temps and, under load at the track or driving down the road on my way to the track, my IAT's are typically only 1-3 degrees higher than the EAT and yo cannot beat that!

Do you know in what gears the TCC will lock up in the factory tune?

I don't have the factory tune stored on this PC but looking at the sample in HPT which looks to be a stock tune it seems as thought in part throttle driving it does not lock until 4th but under WOT it can lock from 2nd on.
