Sounds Great.
Run ARH No Cats thru FM American Thunder and just too quiet for me personally. Switching to Outlaws.

Pretty much how I feel about most exhaust systems, seem too quiet. If I was to ever get a exhaust it would be outlaws for sure. Sounds good OP

I guess I am one of the guys that has a car that sounds like poo. Longtubes, cam, no cats and no mufflers. It's usually only the guys with a couple bolt ons I get comments like yours from. Tried a couple different mufflers on this setup and my last G8 and it just has to much resonance in the cabin with mufflers. Plus it sounds better without them.

A couple of my friends with much stouter cars than me were the same way. Then they heard my car/s. For healthy on the outside and not so deafening on the inside, I prefer something along the lines of a Flowmaster 60 series or Deltaflow 40 series. Magnaflow 5x8x14 also get my vote for being meaty on the outside without being too loud inside. Straight pipe are the loudest inside and out and have no tonal quality. It's like running a drag car on the street. Just because it's loud as fu*k all doesn't mean it sounds good. Sometimes less is more. Again, to each their own. And just because my Camaro had a few bolt-ons doesn't mean that I don't know what sounds good while being loud. My old 91 Fox coupe would have gladly changed your mind in short order about what "a few bolt-ons" can do.........LOL.

Shit man, I haven't had that car in over 16 yrs. It was a DSS built 393 stroker with D1-SC @ 12 psi. ARP everything, Manley rods, Diamond pistons, Trickflow heads, track heat intake manifold and the exhaust setup was Kooks LT's to 3" with at first, Flowmaster Deltaflow 40's dumped, then I changed them out for MagnaFlow 5x8x14 dumped. The Flows sounded badass as they do on all 4.6L and Pushrod 5.0L Mustangs. The sound was pretty damn loud inside. When I got my last tune from Murillo, he suggested the MagnaFlow and I never heard of them until then. Gave them a try and I was sold. That's a pretty nice looking Fox you have there. Damn shame you had to ruin it w/a Chevy motor. Again, to each their own. Back then, there was a couple of guys who talked about SBC being the best engine because it's cheap to work on. My response was if it's built right and designed right, shouldn't have to work on it all the time. I'm all for saving a buck, but I can build a 351W for nearly the same cost as a built LSx swap that fits easier and makes the same or more power than the LSx. And I'd take a 408W vs a 408 LSx any day of the week.

Yeah good point there. The 351W block is very strong though. Way stronger than the 5.0L block. They don't need anything special or fancy except a good balanced rotating assembly and ARP hardware to hold it together. Here's a testament to how stout a stock 351W is.

Yeah that's what I mean. There's a lot of ignorance about the 351W strength. It's a very stout engine in its own right. They're a dime a dozen too. Get one and put ARP hardware with forged pistons and good rings, possibly stronger rods and have at it. For what it's worth, I wanna build another G-body with a 6.0 or 6.2 and either carb/spray it or EFI and T76 or bigger.

I think it's got a nice tone and when you get it up around 4500 she sound so awesome you hear me for miles. The Xpipe really changed the sound everyone who hears it in person says it sounds angry at idle. I have a little drone at about 2,000 rpm. But anything above it surprisingly quiet in the cab.
