My dealer told me sometimes this happens on the Corvette too. Roll the window all the way down and hold the down button for 3 seconds, and then roll the window back up and hold it up for 3 seconds

it will reprogram the windows program so that it knows where the top and bottom are.

My A/C was not blowing out of the correct place. it was coming from the defroster, and down below, when it should be flowing from the dash vents. Chevy kept my car over night to fix, cause the re boot was messing the windows up too. I love my Camaro, i hate problems!!!

Well before I tried disconnecting the battery this morning I thought I would try to reset them one more time.

As soon as I pushed the down button the message appeared on the DIC telling me to hold down the button to reset the window. I didn't get the message at all yesterday while trying to reset them several times and several attempts at resetting them had no effect on the problem.

Now all of a sudden the car thinks that it needs to be reset. I went through the process but held the button in the down and up position for 20-30 seconds in each position just for good measure. Now problem is solved.

Could this just be a new car window issue or is it somehow related to the A/C reprogram. Maybe just a coincidence that it happened after the A/C reprogram.

Fixed for now.

Thanks for all your input and sharing in my frustration.
