GUYS !!!!

i know some of you guys are going to be installing these shifters i just wanted to make sure you guys take special note of the LAST steps...

when you are tightening the 2 bolts coonecting the support arms and push the shifter up level make sure you you run finger between the tranny linakge rod and that round sensor sticking out of the tranny near the driveshaft coupling. you want to make sure you have plenty of clearance there.

REFER TO STEPS 28 AND 28B IN THE VIDEO INSTALL!!!!

OK GUYS I MADE A BIGGGGGGG GOOOFFFFBALLL MISTAKE ON THE LAST STEPS OF HTIS INSTALL!!!!

WHEN YOU TIGHTEN THE 2 HEX BOLTS HOLDING THE SUPPORT ARMS TO THE SHIFTER BODY YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT FULLY TIGHT UNTIL YOU RAISE THE TRANNY BACK UP.

IF YOU DONT YOU WILL HAVE THE SHIFTER NOT LEVEL WITH THE SUPPORT PINS.

YOU WANT TO LOCK DOWN THE BAC K BRACKET AFTER YOU PUT THE BOOT IN.. THEN PUT THE TRANNY SUPPORT MOUNT BACK ON THE CAR AND THENNNNNNN FULLY TIGHTEN THE 2 HEX BOLTS ON THE SUPPORT ARMS AFTER YOU MAKE SURE THE SHIFTER IS LEVEL!!!

SORRY FOR THE GOOF

Hey George!! I thought the install was a piece of cake (except for those DARN bushings! ) Just kidding, although they were a pain in the butt!! Took me a little over 2 hours.. I love it, you did a great job! Took her for a quick run up and down the road; night and day difference IMHO! Here are a few quick pics...enjoy!!

i dont have a way to do that right now as these are laser etched anodized disks. i tried that special laminate plastic sheet that has black and red laminated and you cut thru one layer for a 2 tone but that crap is pretty cheesy in feel and looks. makes it look cheap

Installed my MGW shifter today. It works absolutely fantastic. The install wasn't too bad at all. The passenger side pin removal was the hardest part. Got the job done in about 2 hours. George, thanks for a great product.

George, what other colors do the "SS" face on knobs come in?

It looks like a simple install, but I don't have the room here to do it. But I will be down that way in a month visiting family so I could swing through

How long does it take for you to install it and what do you charge for installation?

Now that's what I'm talking about!

If I wasn't visiting family that would be worth a trip itself

I'll be there...
