20 Inch Drag Radials

Hey guys I ran the 305-35-20 Nitto DRs on my 05 Mustang that is blown. 1/8 mile runs last year when they first came out. I had M/T 17 inch on stock rims and had a best of 7.75. Ran the Nittos on some really heavy 20 inch rims. I only lost a tenth. It ran 7.85. The Nitto DR are for real.

nope..she is stock except for flowmasters, 3.91 gear, Saleen super charger kit with the mail order tune from JDM Enginering out of NJ. They are one of the best on the 4.6 3 valve. Pushing 10.5 lbs boost. It is a Automatic so that helps. I got about 16k miles on it since I new. The blower when on at 2k miles.

Now I am working on getting the camaro to run faster with everything about the same.

Having fun

As you have stated, I do not want to change tires everytime I go to the track, so this is better that having the p-zeros. All I need is a decent 60' time and I'll be happy.
got some pics with the 305's on? Was it a PIA to get them on?

I'm wondering this as well. I read another thread saying you need wheel spacers for those 305's to fit.

for those of you thinking about the nitto drag radial in the stock 275/40/20
I can tell you they work, I have no problems letting the clutch rip at 5kplus at the track
I was the first person to say they wound not help, I was glad to be proven wrong
