What SCCA class requires a wing? SOLO and Pro SOLO don't. . .I would look up more but I have to head to work. Ok looked up the rule book for worldchallenge series in the SCCA. the only class requiring a wing is the Touring class. the GT class does not require a wing. that being said the discriptions of the classes the GT class is closer to what our camaro would be. so ditch the wing. lol.

I don't know, I really like the way the CTS-V looks in the GT series and if they did a good job with the Camaro I am sure I would be a fan as far as race cars go. However, if someone did the same thing with a road car I don't think I could stand to look at it.

I dont think the wing is too overkill, it's just tall spoilers and ricers are too things that go hand in hand
