I'm in NY and you won't find me drilling holes in the front of my bumper. Haven't had any issues yet. I keep the plate in the trunk. Any "reasonable" police officer is going to understand, at least with mine being so mint. I'll gladly tell any cop that pulls me over for that reason that putting a plate on the front "ain't gonna" happen.

I'd like a copy of that video, when you tell the officer that

You are lucky. Had mine off for a day, and then next day got pulled over

I have a white Camaro (last month purchase) and my license plate was falling off, so I took it off. It looks bad....any suggestions? I put a screw in it and painted it with white nail polish. Typical female 😞 See pic.... it's the bottom screws.

Plates are required in this state and the WA. State Patrol will pull you over and give you a ticket. I just ignore how it looks as every other car in the state has a front plate. I just prefer not to get pulled over and have to go to court for something I can control.

I actually prefer front plates, but PA only ever issued one.
