So how much HP did you add with the sticker mods ? Does it add more HP because you stuck the Flag stickers to the painted surface of your car vs the Glass ? Are they Vinyl Stickers ? Aren't you worried about the Flag stickers fading over time and looking like crap ? Oh and if they Fade will you loose HP ? You are a really brave soul . Are you sure you can handle the added power your SS is going to see from these mods ?
Well at this point of the build it's all trial and error. Before I stuck the stickers, I did not take the sun into consideration. We will have to see how they do over time. As for the amount of HP it adds, can's say just yet as I haven't dynoed it. Though, the company I bought the flags stickers from promised 5+ each.

Depending where you place them, it could be 5HP or 5 pound feet of torque.

I stuck a sticker on the glass. One of my low-key sources tells me that sticker to glass fusing will give you torque. I will test out my results as soon as I'm able too. (Currently in Spain looking at toro stickers. Que Bonito... ¡Es Lo Bonito!)

I do have one question about your sticker choice though (and I am sure this will stir up some stuff on here) but - Why are you putting American flag stickers on a car that was built in Canada?

They put Brittish flags on Mini Coopers. You should put a Canadian flag on a car that was built in Canada.

GM is an American owned company. We have lived in a global economy for quite some time now. Just look around the US, there are dozens and dozens of manufacturing plants from foreign owned companies (Toyota, Honda, BMW, Nissan, etc.).

After reading his rebuttal, the OP is simply trolling right?

Though I agree that the OP is trolling, I find it funny he is busted for stickers after all the non-performance enhancing so called mods that people get jacked up about on here. It's his car. If he is excited about a few damn decals, so be it. They're no worse than a fake carbon fiber bezel around the shifter or colored halos (not that there is anything wrong with that either)!

I was afraid I'd open the thread and see someone's dong... nothing worse than seeing a surprise dong while at work where everyone can see what you are looking at online.

If you look closely the flag is pointed in the wrong direction when worn or stuck on the right side the field of blue and stars should face direction of travel or front of object, just like it would on the left side. OP fix your decal or take it off it shows the flag in a direction of retreat!!!

Wouldn't have that problem with a Canadian flag.

What I think that some people are missing is, do these sticker mods violate the warranty?
