Try looking for the SS performance package . On CarGurus you can check the box for it under options . I found 59 nation wide .

Yeah, but you said you were getting SS's in your search, I got none.

Easiest identifier is black hood wrap, and black wheels with red calipers.

If interior has microfiber steering wheel and shifter, 98% sure it's a 1le.

The NPP is not standard on the Gen 5 1LE's. There is a black one outside my office I can offer as proof. Not wanting that option is why we had to order our car. NPP was an option on the 1LE's.

Just to make it official, here is a partial picture of my Monroney sticker. The only options were the 1LE Performance Package and the Bright Yellow paint. I did have someone tell me that he had never seen a 1LE without the NPP exhaust. After hearing it, I wish I had it on this car. I had a 3rd Gen 1LE (1990) completely stock and there was some misconception about standard equipment on that model as well.

NPP,1LE,and SS were regular production options on the 13-15 Camaro. RPO 1LE was only available w/SS, can't remember if NPP was.

I am only backing the rest to confirm the NPP is NOT standard equipment on a 1LE. I ordered my 2013 1SS/1LE with three options. NPP, backup Camaro and stereo.

I didn't see it mentioned...But the 1LE has a TR6060 MM6, the standard SS has the TR6060 M10 which would be perhaps the hardest and most expensive piece to swap. but also undetectable to the untrained eye.

Understood, thank you. I was looking at the ZL1 registry under '13 specs, it's listed as standard equipment which is what I had always heard.

I like to use the cars.com mobile site.

Search used Chevy Camaro.
Set your max price
Filter on 2013
Filter on trim 1SS or 2SS or both
Filter on body style coupe (to get rid of convertibles)
Filter on transmission Manual (gets rid of many SS autos of which 1LE's weren't)
Down to about 133 nationwide now
Filter on colors you would prefer to lower selection even more
Lastly filter on cars with photos

Now look briefly for the 1LE rims and hood wrap.
Locally there may not be too many. I have no problem flying out and driving a car back to get the right car and deal. Get a round trip ticket and pay the extra few $'s to be able to cancel the return flight for refund should you actually make the purchase. Enjoy an awesome drive home and a memory for your lifetime. I loved my 13 1LE, would have kept it at end of lease if it had recaros like the 14/15's. Good luck in your search.

No. It is not. It's an option. I had to check the box when ordering my 1LE.
