Thought I could get by without a truck.

That idea lasted about a month. :(

Figured I could get by with an older cheap truck, just for truck things.

That line of thinking lasted about 3 months. :(

Went and got another new truck.

Went from Silverado to Camaro a couple of times until I finally asked myself ...

WTF am I doing?

Now I own both.

I traded in a 1 year old 2012 6.2L Z71 Silverado that I put a supercharger lowered 2"front 3" rear Hellwig front and rear swaybars ARH 1 3/4" headers and custom 100% leather interior for a new leftover 2012 2SS M6 Coupe.
I love my Camaro but I wish I still had the truck. I almost traded in the camaro for a 2015 fully loaded LTZ 6.2l Silverado but they didnt want my Camaro for a trade in.

Full 1LE suspension, with BMR adjustable sway bars and links, GM aluminum cradle bushings, Hurst shifter with lighter reverse spring, TWM shifter knob, Tick level 1 transmission. I should have bought a ZL1

I want a newer truck. My '02 2500HD CC 8.1L 4x4 is getting a bit old...little rust popping on the rockers...needs shocks...

It is at that very usable stage now.

I sold 2 classic Cadillacs. A 1949 and a 1968 coupe Devilles , got enough to buy my 2011 2ss/RS convertible, no regrets , still have a little $ left over. Always wanted the Camaro Convertible since they came out. Very happy.

I also would like the idea to have a tow/hunting vehicle that I am not gonna freak out about if it gets a scratch. Thats the trouble with having a newer truck; you are always afraid of stupid stuff like that. I don't even let anybody lean against my truck as zipper and buttons scratch it!!!

My Tahoe is a 2005 and has close to 250,000 miles on it... All we go is gas and go... plus regular oil changes and tires...Some of the amenities don't work or act up but the air is cold and the heat is hot... I wanted to get a new one but the prices are crazy.

I have a 2007 Envoy Denali that is my daily driver that I also use to haul my 23' Bayliner boat.

I can get to work in less than 2 minutes. Thats why if I get a tahoe or suburban high mileage doesn't scare me at all. I used to commute 50 miles a day.. I don't miss that at all!!!
