I was on a pretty tight budget w/ the new car payment and all

so I did a lot of shopping around to make sure what I got would do the job but not break the bank. The weather is a bit more moderate here, so I can't make any guarantees for up in PA, but the structure is solid and the material seems to be pretty sturdy. I've had it for about 2 months now and it has handled some of the heavy rains we've had, no problem. It also comes w/ some serious auger type anchors, which I used in conjunction w/ regular tent stakes, it handled the recent set of storms which had sustained 25 mph winds w/ gusts to 35 mph and it didn't move an inch. I also doubled up two tarps beneath the car to mitigate moisture infiltration, attached those to the canopy, and I run a dehumidifier in there since I was worried about moisture not being able to get out if it somehow gets in.. Anyway, this was the best I could find short of putting up a full garage, hope it helps

Total cost was $729.72 for the carport, about $50 in tarps, and $169 for a decent programmable dehumidifier from Walmart. Not too bad for keepin my baby rust free and out of the elements
