I got a set of sun visors from the dealership where the stickers had fallen off and installed them on my car. I hate the stickers.

Chevy will continue to send the recall notice to the current owner until it is done. If they opt out the car in the system and you sell the car, they would be held responsible.

Vegas Girl you're not ranting just telling the truth. GM is wasting time and money. Plus, the height thing is real. I'm not a tall lady either. So this key thing is a non-issue.

Just get an extra fob and let them do that one and retain the original , that way you did and they will leave you alone .

I got 1 notice. Took my 2 fobs in to the dealer. Handed them over to the owner of the dealer ship. He came back with a paper I signed it. He handed me my original fobs just the way I gave them to him. And I never received any other notices except the very first one.

Not trying to hijack the thread.. Just trying to help a fellow member out.

Look here for airbag sticker covers for the visors. http://www.reflectiveconcepts.com/ve...0-2017-camaro/

I dont believe the dealerships share the 'opt-out' forms you sign with GM. Its only for their protection.

"Please allow us to inconvenience you due to our stupidity, and cheapness in manufacturing the ignition switch", GM.

Im 6'-5" and my knee is nowhere near the key. I will not get the recall done either but GM letters are hardly worth a rant. Feel good that they still know you're a customer.
