I would buy a stock 4 year old Camaro over a modded one, no matter what
was done to it. Just me. And for the money the OP is looking for, most buyers would rather spring for a few more bucks and buy new from a dealer. They can get a Warranty, Financing, etc, etc.

It's maybe worth Blue Book for a similar model. Mods actually reduce the value unless you find a person that wants (and is willing to pay for) those Mods. Another one of the costs of Modding a car.
And I agree with myold88. I'd never buy a modded car. Even if it actually has never had any issues, because in most instances, "modded" means run hard. |
