Realistically with a L99 :yes stroking it, and a radical cam above say .625 lift with good durations in the 30s and a tight LSA with heads would get you to 500 and bring the torque right up there with it adding about 50 from the displacement. Easier way would be to vary the end result not do heads just do cam, headers, HFC and CAI..... I got 491 hp and 448 torque on a Mustang dyno with the 235/239 cam from TSP with just those mods tuned HP on the dyno with stock displacement. But I am a ls3 and do not have the loss from the converter and Auto trans adding in 5% less about.
Searching for numbers is not the same as searching for power or speed and costs more. Our stock engine is a 376 cube, I am a 428 at the limit of stroking with special stroker made pistons and rods and crank clearanced block and forged. Many yes do FI, also they keep the boost down if smart with hypereutectic pistons and stay 8-10- lbs but then have to have a spot on tune and avoid KR knock retard etc.......and usually for blowers a wider LSA is better and not N/A...... Our stock cam comes with lots of LSA, but unfortunately only in the .550 lift/.525 lift area and low duration.

If you add a good sized cam and maybe heads you'd be getting close, on e85 I think you'd make it(I'm not on e85 and am basically there).
